Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h4>

YES iDo Events provides professional event planning, coordination, protocol support, vendor management, crew deployment, equipment rental, and related services for corporate, government, diplomatic, social, and private events across Timor-Leste.<\/p>

Quotations & Proposals<\/strong><\/h4>

All quotations are based on the Client\u2019s initial briefing and may change if the scope, scale, venue, or requirements are modified. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on the document.<\/p>

Deposit & Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h4>

A deposit is required to confirm any booking. The deposit amount varies by project and will be stated in the acceptance email or contract. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. Full payment must be completed by the agreed schedule prior to the event date.<\/p>

Cancellations & Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>

Deposits are refundable only if (a) cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event or (b) cancellation is due to force majeure. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for refund unless force majeure applies.<\/p>

Rescheduling & Postponement<\/strong><\/h4>

If a Client requests to move the event to a new date, the initial deposit may be transferred if sufficient notice is given and YES iDo Events is available. If the new date is unavailable, cancellation terms apply. Additional costs may apply for changed logistics or outputs.<\/p>

Client Obligations<\/strong><\/h4>

The Client is responsible for providing accurate event information, timely approvals, venue permits (unless agreed otherwise), and following the agreed payment schedule. Delayed decisions may affect delivery or incur additional cost.<\/p>

Vendors & Third-Parties<\/strong><\/h4>

YES iDo Events may coordinate or supervise third-party vendors but is not liable for delays, failures, or damages caused directly by external vendors not under its control.<\/p>

Protocol & Guest Management<\/strong><\/h4>

For events involving VIPs or diplomatic representatives, ceremonial order, seating, and guest handling will follow approved protocol. Last-minute changes requested by authorities on the event day may adjust the schedule.<\/p>

Equipment Rental<\/strong><\/h4>

Rental items are inspected before dispatch. Any loss or damage during the rental period is chargeable to the Client. Delivery, setup, and operator services are billed separately unless agreed in writing.<\/p>

Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h4>

YES iDo Events is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by conditions beyond control including disaster, unrest, public emergency, or government regulation.<\/p>

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)<\/strong><\/h4>

Information shared by the Client is treated confidentially. NDAs will be honored upon request.<\/p>

Media & Documentation<\/strong><\/h4>

Unless restricted in writing, YES iDo Events may document the event or use selected images for portfolio. Clients may request written restriction in advance.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>

YES iDo Events is not liable for losses resulting from Client delays, vendor failure, or consequential damages beyond Company control.<\/p>

Governing Law<\/strong><\/h4>

These Terms are governed by the laws of Timor-Leste.<\/p>

Amendments<\/strong><\/h4>

YES iDo Events reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
